There is no WhatsApp (or other apps) in Dual Space?
* Dua Space just provide the cloning function. If you want to login the second account of WhatsApp, you must have a WhatsApp in your phone.
Two accounts with two numbers or two accounts with the same number?
* You should use a different mobile number to run your second account of social apps in Dual Space and ensure that the mobile number is active during your first login because there will be a verification message sent to this number.
Why Dual Space apply for so many permissions?
* Dual Space needs to apply for the permissions required by the apps added in Dual Space to function normally.
⚠For example: If Dual Space is not permitted to acquire your location, you will be unable to send your location
to your friends in some apps that run in Dual Space.
Will Dual Space collect and use any private information?
* Nope (such as personal conversation, verification code will never be collected ) Dual Space promises that none of your private data will be collected or used.
How to upgrade the clone apps?
* You only need to upgrade the original app, the cloned app in Dual Space will be upgraded automatically.
⚠Note: If you uninstall the original app, the cloned app in Dual Space will also be deleted automatically.
Will the second account interfere with the original account?
* Absolutely not, you don’t need to worry about the message reception and data storage problem of different accounts, because they work independently and with no interference to each other.
Can Dual Space support more than two accounts, such as the third WhatsApp account?
* Nope, We don't support more than two accounts to be online simultaneously at present.
⚠Note: While you can download Dual Space Blue or Dual Space Lite for the third WhatsApp account.
How can I delete the app added or create shortcut in Dual Space?
* Long press the app you'd like to delete (create shortcut) and then drag it to the deleting (creating) area at
the right top.
⚠Note: that the data of the app in Dual Space will be lost and can't be retrieved after being deleted.
⚠Note: make sure that Dual Space has access to “shortcut”permission, you can set it in your phone Setting – Apps
– Dual Space.
Why can't the apps in Dual Space receive message notifications occasionally?
* Dual Space can receive and notify messages instantly by running in the background. Some mobile system or
"boost" apps may stop Dual Space without your notice, result in delay of messages.
⚠Note: Please add Dual Space to the White List of the mobile system and the apps to keep it running all the
time.
Why has Dual Space used up too much storage space?
* The large amount of storage consumption listed under Dual Space is the overall total storage used for all sub-accounts you’ve added. Dual Space itself uses little storage.
Why camera, location not work or shortcut can’t be created?
* Dual Space needs to apply for the permissions required by the apps added in Dual Space to function normally.
⚠For example: If Dual Space is not permitted to acquire Shortcut permission, you will not be able to use
“creating shortcut” function.
Malicious virus warning：
* We found that some antivirus software maliciously pop up a virus warning because of Dual Space apply for system permissions. If you experience this situation, please don't worry. Dual Space is an absolutely safe application, does not contain any virus.
The Ads still exist after payment success?
* Please check the “Setting Accounts”page to make sure that the first place of your Google Account list is the account which you successfully paid.
